Slot Attendant

Slot Attendants assist customers on slot machines while maintaining priority customer service. Attendants will observe patrons for slot machine abuse, sabotage and cheating. Attendant is responsible for legibly completing all paperwork daily. Attendant is responsible for assisting the patrons in operation and understanding of the playing method of the slot machines. Attendant is responsible for dumping ashtrays, disposing unused cups, and cleaning machines when it is not busy on the floor. Must be able to work on your feet the entire shift in a smoke-filled environment. Excellent customer service required.    Top

Blackjack Dealer

The Dealer is responsible for dealing the games and the protection and control of the game being dealt, Blackjack and other Casino specific table games. Conducts the games in accordance with the Casino's policies and procedures. Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the customer with a pleasant gaming experience. Promotes departmental and property with promotions. Maintains the highest quality standards in all areas of customer service at all times. Dealer is responsible for being available to work any shift, any day on short notice when needed. Must be able to work on your feet entire shift in a smoke-filled environment. Slot Repair Technician

General maintenance and minor repairs to the slot machine inventory. Including, but not limited to: Preventative maintenance on Bill Acceptors, Printers,Touch screens etc.Perform basic repairs, diagnostics and tests to all peripheral devices such as, Sentinels, Bill Acceptors, Printers, Touch screens, Reel Mechanisms, Monitors, etc. following proper procedures ( in-house applicants).    Top

Cage Cashier

Cage Cashier is responsible for ensuring that all accounting activities in the Cage are performed accurately and efficiently, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Cashier is responsible for assisting customers with transactions and for balancing various bank drawers, maintaining accuracy throughout all phases of the balancing process; cashing personal checks, payroll checks, and traveler's checks for currency; maintaining a working knowledge of facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to inform customers as necessary. Hotel Front Desk Agent

Hotel Front Desk Agent greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and dining, entertainment and other directions both in person and on the phone. Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts. Uses property management system to log information regarding the guests' account, accommodations and reservation. Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment. Excellent customer service required. Previous computer experience required.    Top

Hotel Room Attendant

Hotel Room Attendants are responsible for making beds and tidying rooms, cleaning and polishing toilets, taps, sinks, bathtubs, mirrors and floors. Attendant must have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs., bending, kneeling, reaching and climbing. Attendant must have the ability to work on their feet throughout entire shift. Ability to work unsupervised and complete tasks assigned according to set standards. Must be able to work any shift scheduled.    Top

Call Center Agent

The Call Center Agent uses the telephone system to connect interoffice and house calls. Agent will answer, screen, and route outside calls. Supplies information to callers and records messages. Makes hotel reservations. Keeps record of calls placed and toll charges as required. Operates paging system to relay in-house annoucements or call individuals to phone as needed. Excellent customer service required. Previous knowledge/experience of phone systems and computers preferred.    Top

Cocktail Server

Cocktail Server takes orders and beverages to patrons seated at tables in bar or cocktail lounge. Collects order from Bartender, adds appropriate garnish, places on tray, and serves to patrons with cocktail napkins. Computes bill and accepts payment. Server is responsible for requesting identification from customers when legal age is questioned. Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles and returns them to the bar or kitchen. Previous experience desired. Excellent customer service required.    Top

Prep Cook

The Prep Cook takes direction from the kitchen supervisor, complete all tasks in a timely manner. Demonstrates and learn basic hygiene sanitation and safety procedures. Ensures all food products are of the highest quality and consistently prepared and served according to restaurant's recipe, portion, cooking and serving requirements. Ensures all food is cooked and held at proper holding temperatures. Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Previous food service experience desired.    Top

Line Cook

The Line Cook accurately and efficiently cooks for hot food and cold food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropiate garnishes for all hot menu items plates. Must follow county, state and federal health and safety guidelines to assist in the successful operation of the casino restaurant. Previous restaurant experience required.     Top


Bakers carry and distribute supplies such as flour, shortening, and baking pans. Mixes, kneads, or shapes dough for bread, rolls, muffins, or biscuits. Performs other routine kitchen duties and follows food safety policy and procedure. Performs baking operations using appliances and machinery. Works around hot equipment.    Top

Food Busser/Runner

Bussers and Runners provide excellent customer service by meeting the needs of the customer. Maintain clean, set-up tables to facilitate the steady flow of customers. Between seating promptly clean tabletops, chairs, booths and floors. Reset and arrange tabletop. Assists wait staff in assembling and delivering food orders. Demonstrates safe food handling practices and proper hygiene. Cleans work areas as required. Must be able to work on your feet entire shift.     Top

Food and Beverage Cashier

Food and Beverage Cashier is responsible for collecting money at the register from customers in a timely and courteous manner in addition to Hostess duties when needed. Demonstrate and learn basic hygiene sanitation and safety procedures. Greets and seats customers. Maintain accurate money accounting. Demonstrates outstanding customer service.    Top

Casino Housekeeper

Casino Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning all aspects of the Casino all the time. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly, including carrying hand-held equipment. Ability to perform strenuous lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching and climbing. Must have the ability to work on your feet throughout entire shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment, and work with cleaning chemicals. Ability to work unsupervised and complete tasks assigned according to set standards, and work as part of a team. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high noise level environment. Must be able to work any shift scheduled. Customer service essential.    Top


Dishwashers are responsible to maintain and keep kitchen dry, clean and a safe working environment; to safely operate a dishwashing machine that enables the restaurant to have clean dishes at all times. Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle. Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware. Keep dish room clean and organized. Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designated times. Clean food preparation and production areas as required. Must be able to work any day, any shift. Steakhouse Dishwasher. Entry-level position for the Food and Beverage Department.
